Information Collection and Use
Realty Connection, Inc. explicitly asks when we need information that personally identifies you ("Personal Information"). Your personal information is used to create your personal access to products on the site, and to contact you in the course of using the products. Under no circumstances will Realty Connection, Inc. make any personal information about an individual user available to anyone.
Your email address is used only to send you information that you have requested. As part of your use of any Realty Connection, Inc. service or product, Realty Connection, Inc. allows you to elect to receive, or not receive, certain information from Realty Connection, Inc. or its partners. Realty Connection, Inc. adheres strictly to permission-based email policy. Except as mentioned above, Realty Connection, Inc. will not send you unsolicited email information, commercial offers or advertisements. Realty Connection, Inc. will not sell, rent, or loan our contact lists or our customer's contact lists (including customer data) to any outside party. All communications that you have requested will have an option to unsubscribe. Unsubscribe requests are fulfilled within 72 hours and no further communications will be sent to users who have stated that they do not wish to receive the specified information.
Contact Lists, Campaign Content and Campaign Reports

Realty Connection, Inc. may scan the content of your communications to ensure they comply with our Terms of Use — to protect against defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, or threatening material that is racially or ethnically offensive. Communications from the Site
Special Offers and Updates
We send all new users a welcoming email. Established users will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Newsletter
If a user wishes to subscribe to our newsletter, we ask for contact information such as name and email address and/or fax number and/or physical address, whichever mean(s) the user prefers. Service Announcements
On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance we might send users an email. Generally, users may not opt-out of these communications, though they can deactivate their account. However, these communications are not promotional in nature.

We communicate with users via email, fax or phone, in accordance with the user's wishes.
Business Transitions
In the event Realty Connection, Inc. goes through a business transition, such as a merger, being acquired by another company, or selling a portion of its assets, users' personal information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred. Users will be notified via email/fax and/or a prominent notice on our Web site for 30 days prior to a change of ownership or control of their personal information. If as a result of the business transition, the users' personally identifiable information will be used in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection they will be given choice consistent with our notification of changes section.
Choice/Opt-out
Our users are given the opportunity to 'opt-out' of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our site at the point where we ask for information.

Tell-A-Friend
If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our site, we ask them for the friend's name and email address. Realty Connection, Inc. will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the site. Realty Connection, Inc. stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program. The friend may contact Realty Connection, Inc. at

Correcting/Updating/Deleting/Deactivating Personal Information
If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as zip code, phone, email or postal address), or if a user no longer desires our service, we provide a way to correct, update or delete/deactivate users' personally identifiable information. This can usually be done by fax notification or by emailing our Customer Support at
support@RealtyConnectionDenver.com.
Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement, the homepage, and other places we deem appropriate so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
If, however, we are going to use users' personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify users via email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner.
